DAVIE, Fla. (AP) -- Miami Dolphins safety Reshad Jones, who was angry in December about being left out of the Pro Bowl, has been selected for the game as an alternate.

The Dolphins also said Monday that teammate Brent Grimes was chosen as a replacement at cornerback.

The additions give the Dolphins five Pro Bowl selections. The others are center Mike Pouncey, tackle Branden Albert and receiver Jarvis Landry. Pouncey will not play Sunday because of an injured left foot.

Jones' selection is the first of his six-year career. He led all NFL defensive backs with 135 tackles this season and tied the franchise record with two interception returns for touchdowns.
