Cron, Huang win D-backs minor-league awards for June

PHOENIX -- Visalia infielder Kevin Cron and Kane County right-hander Wei-Chieh Huang have been named the Diamondbacks organization minor league player and pitcher of the month for June.
Cron, 22, hit .291 with 11 doubles, seven home runs, 23 RBI and an OPS of .932.
Huang, 21, was 1-1 with a 2.25 ERA in four starts. He had 23 strikeouts and 4 walks in 24 innings. Huang, from Taiwan, was selected to play with the World Team in the All-Star Futures Game at Great American Ball Park in Cincinnati on July 12.

Rookie Missoula: Austin Byler, Bo Takahashi.
Arizona Rookie League: Logan Soole, Merkis Montero.
Dominican Summer League: Yan Sanchez, Silvestre Berroa.
