An Ohio man must be feeling quite relieved.

The Baltimore Sun is reporting that prosecutors in Baltimore County threw out charges against Paul Serbu of Franklin, Ohio, on Tuesday. Serbu was accused of urinating on the grave of former Baltimore Ravens owner art Modell and was charged with disorderly conduct. A video of the alleged incident surfaced last year on YouTube.

Here is a TV news story from back when this story first broke:

Baltimore County Deputy State Attorney John Cox said he received information about a physical condition that Serbu has, but wouldn't describe what that condition was. Serbu will appear on radio with David Modell, Art's son, and will discuss what happened.

"We talked about a resolution that we all felt was appropriate," Cox said. "Mr. Modell suggested that this individual have an opportunity to apologize, and then converse with him on his radio show."

It will be interesting to hear what Serbu has to say now. In the YouTube video, a man police ID'd as Serbu, a Cleveland Browns fan still upset that Art Modell moved the team out of Ohio, stood by Modell's grave and appeared to urinate out of his pants leg using a catheter tube.

"I had no choice," the man said in the video.
