Bucks sign free agents Johnson, O'Brien to training camp roster
The Milwaukee Bucks signed a pair of free agents to their training camp roster on Thursday, general manager John Hammond announced via a press release, agreeing to deals with guard Orlando Johnson and forward J.J. O'Brien.
The terms of the deals were not disclosed.
A second-round pick of the Sacramento Kings in 2012, Johnson has appeared in 103 games split between the Kings, Indiana Pacers, Phoenix Suns and New Orleans Pelicans, averaging 3.2 points and 1.7 rebounds per game.
He has averaged 16.8 points, 5.3 rebounds and three assists per game through 68 starts in the NBA D-League.
O'Brien played for the D-League's Idaho Stampede last season after going undrafted out of San Diego State, averaging 14.1 points, 5.3 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.5 steals through 46 games, and also appeared in two games for the Utah Jazz.
