After dominating playoff performance, Jake Arrieta tweets about his nipple
Jake Arrieta continued one of the all-time great runs for a starting pitcher in Major League Baseball history Wednesday night.
The Cubs right-hander came into the one-game playoff against the Pirates with a 0.41 ERA in his last 12 starts. He actually lowered that by tossing a complete-game shutout while allowing just four hits and striking out 11 in Chicago's 4-0 win.
After the game, Arrieta did not tweet about his dominating performance or moving on to face the Cardinals or his young son pouring a bottle of champagne down his throat.
He tweeted about his nipple.
My right nipple comes out of my tank top almost every pitch, so I place it back inside. https://t.co/7hXWtKwltE

It's not as random as it seems ... the tweet is a response to a Bucs fan asking why Arrieta touched his jersey so often, jokingly suggesting that he must be cheating.
Based on the way he's pitching, clearly Arrieta should take care of his nipple as much as he wants.
