An escalator in the Wells Fargo Center malfunctioned after Saturday's Senators-Flyers game, sending dozens of fans hurtling downward. The escalator unexpectedly picked up speed, causing fans to clash into each other at the bottom. Some fans tried to jump off the side to get out of the way.
According to Philly.com, no fans suffered major injuries.
A Comcast spokesman told NBC10 that the escalator was shut down immediately, and will not be used Sunday.
