Capitals' Ovechkin jokes about taking a chair from Nassau Coliseum
The Washington Capitals have an opportunity to close out their series against the New York Islanders on Saturday afternoon inside the Nassau Coliseum. Should the Capitals win Game 6, the doors will close on the arena and the Isles will start to call Brooklyn home.
Alex Ovechkin was asked about the opportunity to close out the Coliseum with a victory and he had a pretty good line, according to Comcast SportsNet's Chuck Gormley:
Asked Alex Ovechkin about closing Nassau Coliseum: 'It's our job, you know?. ... I'm going to probably take a chair.' #CapitalsTalk

That’s a confident answer even for Ovechkin. The Islanders could extend their time in the Coliseum with wins in games 6 and 7.
Isles fans took exception to Ovechkin’s remark, but that’s not entirely fair, since fans started stealing chairs back in Game 3 -- with home games still on the schedule.
