The ball might have been underinflated, but it's value is anything but.

One of the footballs from this year's infamous AFC Championship Game was sold Saturday morning for $43,740, according to ESPN.

The ball was sold at auction house Lelands.com on behalf of Laura Anthony, who was given the ball during the game by New England Patriots wide receiver Brandon LaFell.

It's still debatable how much this ball was used during the first half, when a number of Patriots footballs were below league regulations.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is currently appealing a four-game suspension for his alleged role in Deflategate.
