Browns WR Terrelle Pryor channels LeBron James after his first NFL TD catch

Terrelle Pryor’s new career as an NFL wide receiver picked up steam last week with his first 100-yard game, and this Sunday he added his first TD catch – complete with a tribute to LeBron James.

Pryor’s transformation from Ohio State quarterback to Cleveland Browns receiver took a few years to get going, but last week he caught eight passes for 144 yards and even played some quarterback and one snap at safety during the game. Then he made headlines during the week by declaring, “I think we can win all the rest of the games.”

On Sunday against the Redskins he tried to make good on that prediction by catching a 9-yard pass from Cody Kessler with 7:55 left in the second quarter. More notable than the catch, however, was Pryor channeling Cleveland’s biggest sports star by mimicking LeBron James’ pregame chalk toss.

First he danced a jig -- that was his move, not LeBron's.

Then he pretended to shake the chalk into one hand before throwing it in the air, arms extended to complete the move.

Pryor is no James, for sure, but at least he’s providing a positive story line in what has been another miserable season for the Browns.
