Mike Conley isn't having the best year of his life, but he's starting to turn it around of late. A good way to do that is with finishes like the one he had during the second quarter of the Grizzlies' Tuesday-night win over the Heat.

Conley finished with a typical Conley line, 16 points and five assists, about what he's averaged since boosting his play in the middle of November.
