First things first: This entire play was masterfully constructed by Tony Parker, the guy so many wanted to cover in dirt before the season started. 

San Antonio's point guard waves David West off, beats his man off the dribble, forces West's man to rotate, then hits him with a slick pass.

That was all the heavy lifting. All West had to do was catch, jump and crush everyone who tried to get in his way:
