The Nets had one real hope of beating the Thunder on Sunday: Brook Lopez and Thaddeus Young had to play nearly perfect games, and the OKC role players had to falter.
That's exactly what happened. Young went for 14 points and 14 boards. The Oklahoma City "others," as Shaquille O'Neal calls them, didn't play their best games of the year, and the Nets somehow walked out of Barclays Center and trudged through the snow home with a 10-point victory over the team with the Western Conference's third-best record.
Lopez basically matched Durant, going for 31 points and 10 boards. KD had 32 and 10, adding on seven dimes.

The Nets improved to 12-33 with the win. OKC is now 33-13.
