Looking at the Thunder's potential draft targets

Last time the Oklahoma city Thunder were in the lottery, they did pretty okay for themselves, selecting Russell Westbrook. 

Now, the Thunder are back in the lottery, with the chance to add yet another young, talented prospect. Should they look to add a wing? A two guard to replace Reggie Jackson, even though Dion Waiters is still on the team? Or will they simply follow the "best player available" route?
