The ankle injury that took Dwight Howard out of Wednesday's game in the opening minute will also force him to miss Friday's game against the suddenly hot Milwaukee Bucks.
Howard had an MRI and other tests on Thursday, but complete results were not released. It's an unfortunate time for Howard to go down. He had produced double-doubles in his last 10 games and was playing some of his best and most consistent basketball of the season.

The Rockets could get point guard Patrick Beverley back in the lineup against the Bucks. Beverley missed Wednesday's game with a sprained ankle. The Rockets are in jeopardy of falling below .500 again with a loss.
