Celtics' Isaiah Thomas: 'Changes need to be made'

The Boston Celtics are 1-3 with the 23rd best offense in the league. It's been a rough start, and their best player, Isaiah Thomas, is already angry. 

Here's what he said after Boston's Wednesday night loss against the Indiana Pacers:

Thomas is averaging 23.5 points and 7.7 assists per game, so he's not the problem. But Brad Stevens needs to figure out what is sooner than later. The Eastern Conference isn't as bad as it was last season.
