Are the Clippers interested in Wolves' Shabazz Muhammad?
With reports claiming that the Clippers are in the market to make a trade, and rumors that the Minnesota Timberwolves are shopping Shabazz Muhammad, what better than a report suggested the Clippers are interested in Muhammad?
According to Darren Wolfson of 1500 ESPN Twin Cities, the Clippers are interested in Muhammad:
It's unclear what the deal would be here. The Clippers don't have any young, intriguing assets to offer the Wolves, and it's not as if Josh Smith or Lance Stephenson have considerable trade value.
Another team that likes Shabazz, I hear: Clippers. But Milt not moving. Martin (wrist) doing well this morning. Good to go tonight. #twolves

At the same time, Muhammad isn't the perimeter shooter or defender the Clippers need, and would seem to overlap as a volume bench scorer with Jamal Crawford and Austin Rivers.
There have been no further reports on the trade rumor, but keep an eye on both the Clippers and Muhammad moving forward.
