Allen Iverson's 'practice' rant turned into inspirational short film (VIDEO)

Without adding a single word, a new short film shows why Allen Iverson’s infamous “practice” rant was so misguided.

Iverson’s words are dubbed over soundless footage of a young boy in Brooklyn trekking to an inner-city court to work on his game. Images of Michael Jordan, Bill Russell and other NBA greats appear as the boy boards a train with his worn-out basketball to travel to an outdoor court with steel backboards and no nets on the hoops.
