Talladega proves rules don't lead to safety

NASCAR changed the rules Sunday at Talladega, but the outcome remained the same.

Teams were warned about repercussions for bump or push drafting in the corners during the drivers meeting just before the race. They were told explicitly that an aggressive driving zone existed around the entire 2.66-mile tri-oval.
