Roy McCauley, who has been a crew chief the last four years for Penske's team, will move into a leadership role in the organization. Guy worked most recently with Regan Smith's No. 78 car. Paul Wolfe will take over as Keselowski's crew chief for his No. 22 Dodge in the Nationwide Series. The 32-year-old Wolfe raced in the Nationwide Series and completed his fourth season as a crew chief in 2009 with the CJM Racing team that includes drivers such as Scott Lagasse Jr. and Denny Hamlin.
