Howie Mandel will host the 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards ceremony later this month in Las Vegas.

Mandel, the comedian, actor, producer, author and judge, will host the Nov. 30 ceremony which caps NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion’s Week and honors the 2012 champion and the other top-10 drivers in the series.

Mandel, a 30-year veteran of show business, is well-known as executive producer and host of the FOX hidden camera series "Mobbed," host of the game show “Deal or No Deal” and judge on “America’s Got Talent.”

"I’ve spent many years in my career evaluating and analyzing talent, and there is no doubt in my mind that these NASCAR drivers are the best drivers in the world," said Mandel. "I’m really looking forward to hosting this year’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards to help honor the top 10 drivers and officially crown the 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion."
