Clint Bowyer is growing to hate Richmond International Raceway.
On Lap 160 of the Toyota Owners 400, just after Cole Whitt's front end caught fire, the right front of Bowyer's car also erupted in a ball of flames, melting the right-front corner of his Michael Waltrip Racing Toyota.
The damage was extensive enough that Bowyer had to take his heavily charred Camry to the garage for repairs, putting another highly sour note on an already bad night.
