Team Penske's Joey Logano and Brad Keselowski paced Friday's opening practice session at Phoenix International Raceway, while Kasey Kahne, Kevin Harvick and Denny Hamlin rounded out the top five. 

Kahne also had the best 10-lap average of the session, followed by Kyle Larson, Brian Vickers, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Austin Dillon. 

Alex Kennedy ran the most laps of the session (31).
