Are JGR, Roush Fenway both ready to win with regularity?

One of the more pleasant surprises we've seen in these first 13 races is how far the Toyotas have come. I think we've seen them get stronger since race weeks back in May at Charlotte Motor Speedway. After what we saw out of them in the opening months of the season, I am surprised how quickly they have been able to turn things around.

Joe Gibbs Racing now has three of its four Toyota drivers in the Chase. The only one that is not, obviously, is Kyle Busch. He's so hungry for a win that I just think he is going to WILL himself to a victory sometime within the next 13 races. So I see JGR rolling into the 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup Chase in full strength come mid-September.

While Roush Fenway Racing is finally starting to show a spark of life, to me they are still a major concern. I think, as I mentioned last week, that RFR has finally turned a corner, but that doesn't mean we should expect its drivers to win anytime soon. They have got to be more consistent every week. Once we see them starting to put top-five finishes together up on the board, then we can consider them candidates to finally start winning again.
