The Texas Rangers have raised ticket prices for all but the cheapest seats at Rangers Ballpark after their second consecutive World Series.
While most increases are $1 to $4 per ticket, corner box seats increased 23 percent. Those seats will be $53 for non-premier games and $59 for 26 games classified as premier, such as most Friday and Saturday home dates. Those seats were $43 and $48 last season.
Individual ticket prices were announced Tuesday.
Club-level box seats and those in the all-you-can-eat section increased significantly for the second year in a row.
Advance sales for club-level box seats increased from $58 to $66 for regular games, and $65 to $74 for premier games. Club-level box seats were $45 and $55 during the 2010 season.
Seats in the all-you-can-eat section have been raised from $39 to $47 for regular games and from $45 to $53 for premier games. Those seats were $34 and $39 in 2010.
Grandstand tickets are unchanged, $7 for regular games and $8 for premier games. Those seats are $3 for kids 13 and under.
Also unchanged were $6 tickets for kids in the upper reserved sections, though adult tickets increased $1 in those sections, to $16 for regular games and $18 for premier dates.
With the reconfiguration of the center field area, bleacher seats have been replaced by outfield plaza seats that will be $27 and $30 (premier).
Individual game tickets, except for opening day, go on sale March 3.
For the April 6 opener against the Chicago White Sox, fans have to register online for a drawing to determine who gets the chance to buy the remaining limited number of individual reserved seats and standing room tickets. The team is also offering 10-game plans that include a ticket to opening day.
