Cubs pitcher Pedro Strop might have the best laugh in baseball

During a lengthy rain delay during the Cardinals-Cubs game at Busch Stadium on Wednesday, the Chicago Cubs players naturally got a bit hungry, including outfielder Jorge Soler.

Soler thought that teammate Javier Baez had some Chinese food, so he went and grabbed a plate, only to find out that Baez had just an unspectacular-looking burger. Strop thought it was extremely funny, as evidenced by his delightful and contagious laughter:

Apparently the NL Central has the league's best laughs. Rememeber the Brett Phillips Laughter Experience from February?

Unfortuantely that laugh alone wasn't enough for Phillips to stick on the team's 25-man roster yet, but hopefully he'll get there.
