Texas' Strong says he's never seen such lopsided officiating

The Texas Longhorns were flagged for three significant penalties that enabled the Oklahoma State Cowboys to move into position for the game-tying field goal in the final two minutes of a game the Cowboys would win 30-27.
A pass interference call followed by a defensive hold on an Oklahoma State running play caused Texas coach Charlie Strong to erupt on a day when the Longhorns were penalized 16 times for 128 yards compared to seven penalties for 40 yards called on the Cowboys.
When asked Monday during his weekly press conference if he's ever been in a game with so many penalties called on one team, Strong said: "No, I haven't."

The last of those three successive penalties was thrown on Strong for arguing against the defensive holding. Strong acknowledged that the call made him blow his top, and he said he has to maintain his composure.
