Texas kicker Nick Rose is dead-on from 80 yards

Texas kicker Nick Rose and his peers seem to be having a can-you-top-this battle this offseason.

Rose, a junior out of Dallas, took a shot from 80 yards. Now, this wasn't game conditions -- before anyone starts to whine about that -- but it still is a prodigious kick.

There's a bit of NSFW language in the background, but it's easy to understand how anyone/everyone would be awed by a kick of that length.

If you are wondering, 44 of Rose's 61 kickoffs went for touchbacks. Seems like that percentage will be on the rise this season.

Your move, Eddy Peniero, who hit from 73 yards. Peniero is an Alabama commit, so he obviously is just growing into his kicking shoes.
