Report: Johnny Manziel is taking classes at Texas A&M again

Published Sep. 5, 2016 2:52 p.m. ET

Former Texas A&M star and Heisman Trophy winner Johnny Manziel crashed out of the NFL after just two seasons, and following a long list of off-field problems and public fallouts with his agents, sponsors and family members - along with an ongoing domestic violence case - Manziel may finally be taking a step in the right direction.

The former Browns quarterback, who was released from the team in March and was later suspended four games by the NFL for violating the substance abuse policy, is trying to earn his degree from Texas A&M. Manziel is studying recreation, parks and tourism sciences in College Station, and the Dallas Morning News reports that Manziel has re-enrolled and is classified as a senior.

One of Manziel's classmates shared an introduction he posted online.
