Penn State's 2016 class grew to 10 members this week with a verbal commitment from Cranford, New Jersey, offensive guard Will Fries.

Fries, the No. 2 player at his position in his home state according to Scout.com, is a three-star prospect listed at 6-foot-6 and 265 pounds, and it is safe to say PSU offensive line coach Herb Hand is excited.

According to Fight On State, Fries was also strongly considering Michigan and Rutgers among more than 20 offers.

Fries is the third offensive lineman to commit to Penn State in less than a month, joining Exeter Township tackle Michal Menet and Dublin (Ohio) Coffman tackle Alex Gellerstedt.

Also part of the class is Connor McGovern, a four-star guard prospect from Lake-Lehman High School in Pennsylvania.
