It’s the seventh week of NCAA football and it’s amazing how fast the season is rolling. We look at the top five games to watch this weekend.
This weeks slate of games is pretty good as there are a number of ranked teams playing against one another.
There aren’t a lot of marquee matchups in the ACC this week, but there are top 10 matchups in the SEC and Big 10.
However, there are some matchups between teams that should provide some exciting football even though both teams may not be ranked.
We’re going to take a look at the top five games you as ‘Noles fans should be interested in checking out.

Who: No. 12 Ole Miss vs. No. 22 Arkansas
When: 7:00 p.m.
Broadcast: ESPN
Where: Razorback Stadium, Fayetteville, AK
The Ole Miss team that FSU beat by 11 points in the opener and is ranked above the ‘Noles will travel to take on No. 22 Arkansas. Both teams like to score a lot of points, averaging over 35 points per game.
Arkansas is coming off the loss to Alabama and Ole Miss is coming off a win over Memphis.
Ole Miss is a -7 point favorite.

Who: UNC vs. No. 16 Miami
When: 3:30 p.m.
Broadcast: ABC/ESPN2
Where: Hard Rock Stadium, Miami, FL
UNC will travel to Miami to take on the No. 16 Miami Hurricanes. UNC is coming off a thrashing at the hands of Virginia Tech, granted that game was played in the middle of a hurricane (no pun).
Miami is coming off the emotional loss against nemesis Florida State. Miami typically mails it in after losing to FSU for the last seven years.
UNC has a potent offense and Miami is playing a lot of true freshmen on that defense.
If Miami wins this game, they control their own destiny in the ACC Coastal division. Miami was a -7.5 favorite last time I checked.

Huge game in the Big 10 conference and nationally between two top 10 ranked programs in Ohio State and Wisconsin.
Ohio State is coming off a tough win over Indiana in their last matchup while Wisconsin is coming off a seven point loss against Michigan.
This game will be Wisconsin’s third consecutive game against a top 10 ranked opponent.
Ohio State is favored by -10 points.

Who: NC State vs. No. 3 Clemson
When: 12:00 p.m.
Broadcast: ABC
Where: Memorial Stadium, Clemson, SC
Big game in the ACC Atlantic division. Clemson controls their own destiny. If they win out, they will find themselves in the ACCCG.
However, NC State finds themselves at 4-1 on the season and seem to be improved on both sides of the ball.
They are coming off a 10-3 win over Notre Dame in a game that was played in a hurricane. Clemson is coming off a 56-10 win over Boston College in their last matchup.
Clemson is a -18 point favorite going into this game.

Who: No. 1 Alabama vs. No. 9 Tennessee
When: 3:30 p.m.
Broadcast: CBS
Where: Neyland Stadium, Knoxville, TN
Huge SEC game between two top 10 ranked programs. I’ll be the first to say that Tennessee doesn’t belong in the top 10 rankings and could easily be 2-4 on the season instead of 5-1.
They are coming off an overtime loss against Texas A&M. Alabama is coming off the win over Arkansas in their last outing.
Alabama is a -13 point favorite on the road.
