Whatever Michigan receiver Amara Darboh accomplishes on the football field this fall, it is not likely to match what he did Thursday in Detroit.
Darboh, a native of Sierra Leone, officially became a citizen of the United States.
The Detroit Free Press has the full story, and Darboh told the paper he is "just grateful."
Naturally, he got a congratulations from his coach, Jim Harbaugh, on Twitter.
