FSU football placed four players on the All-ACC teams that were released Monday. We take a look to see if there are any notable FSU snubs?
Four players being placed on All-ACC first team for FSU football is excellent, two offensive players and two defensive players.
Running back Dalvin Cook, offensive tackle Roderick Johnson, defensive end DeMarcus Walker and cornerback Tavarus McFadden.
It’s notable that Dalvin Cook wasn’t a unanimous All-ACC selection, but nor was Lamar Jackson from Louisville:
Alright then. Let’s take a look at the rest of the teams.

Thoughts
I don’t really have any qualms here regarding FSU players. It’s great to get four players on the first team with two on each side.

Thoughts
Why is FSU DT Derrick Nnadi not at least on the All-ACC second team here? Louisville’s DeAngelo Brown is listed and Nnadi’s stats are better. He had more tackles and more sacks. The only category Brown won was tackles for loss and that was by 2.5.

Thoughts
As I already mentioned, I thought Nnadi should have made All-ACC Second team. The only other thing I’ll mention is FSU safety Trey Marshall may have had a shot to make the All-ACC Third team had he not been banged up most of the season. He missed a game with a concussion and missed three more quarters due to the bogus targeting call against Clemson.

Thoughts
So Quadree Henderson makes the Honorable Mentions list but FSU wide receiver Auden Tate doesn’t?
Tate had more catches, more yards and FIVE more receiving touchdowns. Trey Marshall doesn’t even make Honorable Mention? FSU DE Brian Burns doesn’t make this list when his numbers as a true freshman are better than Ken Ekanem who’s a senior?
I know the voters try not to be too top-heavy when it comes to choosing players from the better teams in the conference, but come’on!
