Can USC redeem itself by winning the Pac-12 in 2015?
Despite some depth issues last season, USC had a legitimate shot at making a run in the Pac-12. But an early upset loss to Boston College and demoralizing loss at home to Arizona State really put a damper on reaching the top.
This season might prove to be different. The Trojans addressed depth issues, but it's the return of Cody Kessler that has USC setting its sights high, and why not the Pac-12 while it's at it?
"The Trojans also have a really good chance at being a powerhouse in the Pac," writes Trajuan Briggs via Conquest Chronicles. "With critical losses at the quarterback position for both the Ducks and Bruins, the Trojans can redeem themselves against two highly ranked teams. USC has a Heisman candidate in quarterback Cody Kessler, who threw for 3,826 yards and 39 touchdowns along with only 5 interceptions."
USC taking over the Pac-12 in 2015 is not farfetched.
