Bobby Petrino, Louisville mix it up with Kentucky before game

It seems that whole thankfulness thing has worn off for Kentucky and Louisville.

The two teams had several confrontations and exchanged some heated pushing and shoving before facing off at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium in Louisville on Saturday.

Even the staff pushed in: Yep, that's Cardinals coach Bobby Petrino and Kentucky's Dan Berezowitz getting a little too close for comfort pregame:
