UConn, Notre Dame still top 2 in AP women's poll

Connecticut stays No. 1 in The Associated Press poll Monday after three victories this week.

UConn improved to 33-0 after routing Louisville, Cincinnati and Rutgers. The Huskies have won 39 games dating to last season, the third-longest streak in school history. Connecticut will play the No. 3 Cardinals on Monday night for the inaugural American Athletic Conference tournament title.

Notre Dame remains No. 2 after finishing an undefeated regular season by winning the ACC tournament championship.

Tennessee and West Virginia move up to fourth and fifth. It's the Mountaineers' best ranking. They face No. 7 Baylor for the Big 12 title Monday night.

Stanford lost in the Pac-12 semifinals and drops to sixth. South Carolina, Duke and Kentucky round out the first 10. Bowling Green enters the poll at No. 25, the school's first ranking since 2009.
