Junard Hartley made a 3-pointer from the left corner with 1.4 seconds left, helping Campbell defeat rival North Carolina Wilmington 57-56 Wednesday night.

The Fighting Camels trailed most of the way, falling behind by as many as 14 points in the first half. Down by 10 at halftime, Campbell shot better (14 of 29 for 48.3 percent) in the second half than it did in the first (10 of 25 for 40 percent).

Hartley, a senior guard, also struggled, making only 2 of 7 shots from the field before his eighth attempt gave Campbell (7-3) its fifth consecutive victory.
