PSG signs midfielder Vitinha from Porto on 5-year deal
French champion Paris Saint-Germain has made its first signing of the offseason by bringing in midfielder Vitinha from Portuguese side PortoJUNE 30, 2022 • Associated Press
Transfers to PSG Vitinha has signed a five-year contract with PSG after transferring from Porto on Thursday.
Impact Vitinha arrives to PSG mostly because of his passing skills so likely assists and chances created should be his best statistical features. After a fairly unsuccessful loan spell with Wolves, he turned in a great season back with Porto and seems to be on the right track in his career. He'll surely see a ton of competition in Paris but with the club hopeful for lengthy campaigns both in Ligue 1 and the Champions League the new recruit should have plenty of opportunities.

Gets more run late in season Vitinha appeared in six of the final seven matches, drawing three starts in that period.
Impact Vitinha had some sparks for Wolves, mainly when he was on set pieces in one match. He still finished with just five starts from 19 appearances, accruing eight shots and 12 chances created. For the most part, it was a disappointing loan from Porto and it's unlikely he'll be back with Wolves next season.
