Impact Muyumba has four goals and four assists in Ligue 2 to his name from 70 appearances since joining Guingamp's senior side in January 2021. The 26-year-old midfielder is now moving to MLS, where he will challenge Franco Ibarra (not injury related), Matheus Rossetto, Santiago Sosa and Amar Sejdic for a spot in the starting XI at his new side. Doug Roberson of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that the club is hoping for Muyumba to be available by the start of the Leagues Cup later this month.
