Inks extension Oluwaseyi has signed a contract extension with Minnesota, according to his club.

Impact Oluwaseyi will remain with Minnesota for the next few years, with the forward signing a contract extension until the 2027 season and holding an option for the 2028 season. This is solid news for the Canadian, as he scored eight goals and assisted five in 28 appearances (10 starts) last season. He will hope to find a bigger role throughout the remainder of his extension, however, he has numerous competitors in the forward room to beat out before coming close to starting time.

Earns another year Oluwaseyi will be back with Minnesota in 2025 after his contract option was picked up.

Impact Oluwaseyi's option being picked up isn't surprising, his first full season with the Loons was brilliant. He scored eight times and added five assists in just 1,151 minutes. If he can maintain that sort of efficiency, or anywhere near it, over a larger role, he could be an elite producer in 2025.
