Comes off injured against Colorado Blanco was subbed out of Thursday's Western Conference semifinal victory against the Rapids in the 52nd minute after suffering an apparent injury.

Impact Santiago Moreno replaced Blanco in Thursday's game, which Portland ended up winning via a late Larrys Mabiala strike. With nine goals and six assists since August, Blanco has been hugely important for the Timbers and they will hope that he will be ready to return for the Western Conference Final on Dec. 5.
