Set for heart procedure McTominay has been diagnosed with a mild benign arrhythmia, will undergo a pulsed field ablation, and will return after the first international break, Napoli announced.

Impact McTominay got off to a fairly slow start and took tests because he wasn't feeling well recently, which revealed the underlying problem. He'll miss the next five matches and return in early October if everything goes to plan. Kevin De Bruyne, Antonio Vergara and Billy Gilmour will absorb his minutes.
