Returns to Sassuolo Mulattieri will return to parent club Sassuolo after his conditional obligation to buy clause was not triggered during his loan spell at Deportivo La Coruna, the club announced.

Impact Mulattieri had joined on loan with the obligation set to convert automatically had he played enough minutes, but he did not meet the necessary threshold to make the move permanent. He returns to Sassuolo with his future yet to be determined ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Transfers to Sassuolo Mulattieri has signed with Sassuolo after completing a full transfer from Inter Milan, the club announced Friday.

Impact Mulattieri has scored 18 goals with four assists across 57 Serie B appearances while on-loan with Cagliari and Frosinone over the last two seasons, and the 22-year-old is now making the step up to the top division as he moves on a permanent basis to Sassuolo. He will likely start out as the backup striker option to Andrea Pinamonti and Gregoire Defrel at his new club.
