Rasmus Alm - Working individually Alm (knee) participated in individual work Wednesday, leaving him in doubt for Saturday's match versus the Seattle Sounders, reports Santiago Beltran of Lider Sports Media.

Impact Prior to Alm's injury, he had started in three of the five matches for St. Louis, totaling a goal with 10 tackles (seven won). It does not look like he will be ready for Saturday's game, but will continue to work individually and is expected to return to team practice next week.
