Could make debut Saturday Lobzhanidze might make his Atlanta United debut on Saturday against Nashville SC, Doug Roberson of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Impact Head coach Gonzalo Pineda confirmed the news after saying the winger "seems to be very happy to be here and just ready to go." The winger trained with Atlanta United for the first time Wednesday, so if he does end up being available, he might make his debut off the bench rather than starting right away.

Impact Lobzhanidze is one of several signings Atlanta United made over the summer and should fill the void left by Luiz Araujo, who joined Flamengo in Brazil, but his chances of debuting Friday are scarce since he's yet to train with the squad. If he can't go, then his next chance to play would come against Nashville on Aug. 26, but everything will depend on when he can join practice with the rest of the squad.
