MLS Kits Revealed! Grateful Dead, America's Birthday Help Inspire Jersey Designs

Juan Sanabria - Transfers to Real Salt Lake Sanabria has joined Real Salt Lake after leaving Liga MX team Atletico San Luis for the 2026 MLS season, his new club announced Tuesday.

Impact Sanabria is finally moving to Real Salt Lake following a lengthy negotiation and should be ready to play in the opening weeks of the season. The versatile player started his career in Atletico Madrid in Spain but was sent to San Luis since 2021. He converted from central midfielder to left-back, the latter position being where he played most in recent campaigns. He was in great form with two goals and five assists over his last 12 Liga MX appearances.

Juan Jose Arias - Loaned to RSL Arias has been loaned to Real Salt Lake from Atletico Nacional.

Impact Arias is off to the MLS this season as he signs with RSL on loan, with the defender loaned to the club until July and holding the option to permanently sign with the club. The 22-year-old is a decent prospect with 75 games to his professional career already, a defensive option with promise. He will now have to build a role with the club, as they do have their starting defenders returning for another season, more of a depth option to start.

Impact Yedlin quickly became a cornerstone on the right flank after being traded to Real Salt Lake, offering constant overlaps, aggressive forward runs and a steady supply of service into the box across heavy minutes. His combination of five shots, six chances created and solid defensive numbers shows how well he balanced attacking production with defensive responsibility. With that level of consistency and leadership at fullback, Yedlin should remain one of the first names on the team sheet as Salt Lake looks to build on this seasons playoff push heading into 2026.

Pablo Ruiz - Deep lying creator Ruiz played 21 MLS matches for Real Salt Lake this season, starting 14 times and recording one assist to go with 19 shots, 31 chances created and 55 crosses.

Impact Ruiz once again operated as the main left foot in midfield as he dictated the tempo from deep and constantly looked for progressive passes into the final third. Even without scoring his volume of shots and chances created shows how often he stepped into advanced pockets to keep RSL on the front foot especially on set pieces and switches of play. If he can pair that creative output with a bit more efficiency on long range efforts Ruiz has the profile to be one of the most influential playmakers in the league for Salt Lake. However he still looks to be struggling a bit from his long term ACL injury and he finds it difficult to remain consistent for a long period of time except between mid May and late July this year. Ruiz will hope to start the 2026 season fully fit and with good sensations as he remains one of the most important figures in the heart of the game for RSL.

Impact Olatunji arrived during summer and immediately gave Salt Lake a true penalty box reference with his size, movement and confidence in front of goal. His strike rate compared to minutes played shows how efficient he was when chances came, with several performances where he carried the attack almost on his own. With a full preseason and better familiarity with his teammates, Olatunji looks poised to be one of the main scoring threats and could realistically push toward double digit goals in his first full MLS campaign in 2026.
