Available to face Manchester United
Gravenberch (ankle) trained with the group this week and will be available to face Manchester United in the FA Cup quarterfinals on Sunday, manager Jurgen Klopp told media during F...
Impact
Gravenberch has recovered quicker than expected, and the Dutchman will offer Klopp another alternative in a depleted midfield zone. It remains to be seen if he'll be a starter to face the Red Devils, but his availability is certainly positive for a Reds team that has been hit by the injury bug quite hard in recent weeks.

Doubtful before break
Gravenberch (ankle) is expected to be out until after the March international break, according to David Lynch of This is Anfield.
Impact
Gravenberch is walking without crutches once more, a good sign for his recovery. That said the ankle ligament injury he suffered is expected to keep him on the sideline until after the international break. Dominik Szoboszlai returned to the team earlier in the week, making Gravenberch's continued absence more manageable.

Ruled out for FA Cup
Gravenberch (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's FA Cup clash against Southampton, as manager Jurgen Klopp told reporters, "What I know is that Ryan is not available, besides...
Impact
Gravenberch will most likely continue on the sidelines for the rest of the week, as with him already being ruled out in the FA Cup, he will probably also miss Saturday's match against Nottingham Forrest. The manager continues to reassure that the injury could have been much worse, so there still seems to be some hope that the Dutch midfielder won't miss too much time, but that is still up in the air as no timetable has been released at the moment. However, the club will want to take the return cautiously, as ligament damage in the ankle could easily be aggravated if he is rushed back into play, so he will most likely be out until at least the second week of March, hopefully getting back on the field by the end of March at the latest.

Avoids broken bone
Gravenberch (ankle) underwent testing following him being stretchered off during Sunday's Carabao Cup final against Chelsea, with manager Jurgen Klopp telling reporters, "I hope it...
Impact
Gravenberch's situation is still not good but looks to be better than when he first went down with the issue, as he has confirmed to have not broken his foot or ankle as many assumed following the nasty tackle by Moises Caicedo. However, he is still dealing with what could be a major injury, as it was still proved that he has damage within his ligaments. The midfielder will still have to receive further testing once back in Liverpool, which will give more information and possibly a timeline for his return, as the club will hope for only a short time away from the team, with them being very limited in the midfield due to plethora of injuries.

Impact
Gravenberch left the match in the 27th minute after succumbing to injury and being replaced by Joe Gomez. The full extent of the midfielder's injury should be available following the match.

Available from bench
Gravenberch (undisclosed) is available from the bench for Saturday's match against Arsenal.

Impact
Gravenberch was taken off in the club's match against West Ham in the Carabao Cup due to fatigue, but he seems to be fit again after manager Jurgen Klopp confirmed he would be back for their match versus Arsenal. The midfielder has been in and out of the starting XI for much of this season but will possibly return to a starting position, especially with Alexis Mac Allister still out with a knee injury. However, if Gravenberch isn't selected for the starting XI, expect Waturo Endo to gain the start, with the Dutch midfielder possibly earning some time off the bench.

Impact
It's good news on Gravenberch, who was originally thought to have a hamstring injury, but it looks like he doesn't have any damage in that area. Of course, that means he probably won't be pushed overly much in the next week. He's gone no more than 61 minutes in each of his last four appearances and probably won't be asked to start Saturday against Burnley with Curtis Jones an option to come back into the XI.

Picks up hamstring injury
Gravenberch suffered a hamstring injury in Sunday's 0-0 draw against Manchester United and will undergo tests to determine a clear timetable for his return, manager Jurgen Klopp to...
Impact
Liverpool are set to play three games over the next 10 days, and at first glance, it's hard to imagine Gravenberch being involved in those contests due to the nature of hamstring injuries -- especially given the medical staff told Klopp that the injury worsened as the game progressed before the Dutch midfielder was subbed off in the 61st minute. Alexis Mac Allister is also dealing with a knee injury, meaning Wataru Endo and Curtis Jones could be in line for expanded roles in the short term.

Busy in rout
Gravenberch got the start and played 82 minutes during Thursday's 4-0 win over LASK.
Impact
Gravenberch was back in the starting XI and put together a fantastic showing during the one-sided rout. Gravenberch has been in incredible form of late and seems to be securing a consistent role in the starting XI of late. The midfielder will likely compete for the top choice in midfield alongside Dominik Szoboszlai.

Bench option versus Man City
Gravenberch (knee) begins as a substitute for Saturday's clash with Manchester City.
Impact
Gravenberch is good to go after missing time with a knee injury but won't get the start this time. He had done it in four consecutive matches before the physical problem, scoring once and adding seven shots (six on target), six key passes, and six tackles.

Returns to training
Gravenberch (knee) was spotted in training Thursday, Paul Joyce reports.
Impact
Gravenberch stayed in Liverpool to continue his recovery during the international break and he is now back in team training. The midfielder has been brilliant since joining Liverpool and has made himself a consistent piece of the starting XI. There will be uncertainty around his place in the midfielder during Saturday's clash with Manchester City, where Curtis Jones (hamstring) could also be an option.

Out with knee injury
Gravenberch is not in the match day squad to face Brentford on Sunday due to a knee injury.
Impact
Gravenberch didn't feature in mid week with a knee injury confirmed to be the issue. The midfielder had started four straight matches in all competitions, but has missed the last two as Cody Gakpo takes his place in the starting XI.

Knee injury confirmed
Gravenberch (knee) is a doubt for Sunday's clash with Brentford, according to manager Jurgen Klopp.Ryan got a [knock] on the knee - running already, no chance this game, maybe Bren...
Impact
Gravenberch is already running once more, which is a good sign that the injury is truly minor. The hope would be he is able to return before the break but with a crucial trip to Manchester City on the horizon after the break it's entirely possible Gravenberch is rested in favor of Harvey Elliott if he is anything less than fully fit.

Dealing with knock
Gravenberch picked up a knock that will sideline him against Toulouse on Thursday, per the Liverpool Echo.
Impact
Gravenberch has been confirmed out of the squad versus Toulouse by the club but there has been no update yet on his status ahead of Sunday's clash with Brentford. With Curtis Jones (undisclosed) also dealing with an injury, the club could be forced to give Wataru Endo additional opportunities.

Signs with Liverpool
Gravenberch signed with Liverpool from Bayern Munich on a long-term contract, the club announced.
Impact
Gravenberch has been considered one of the most promising midfielders in Europe, though he never realized that potential with Munich. With Liverpool he gets the chance to join a club in transition, as Liverpool look to rebuild their midfield from the ground up. Gravenberch will compete immediately with Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai for more advanced roles, though long-term he could shift back to fill the role new signing Wataru Endo has taken over.
