Impact Rubin subbed on in the 59th minute and assisted Damir Kreilach's goal in the 64th, but they ended up with the road loss anyway. That was his fifth assist in the season, to go with seven goals. The forward will now look to get the nod against Colorado on Oct 16.

When he dropped form in the seven matches after, he had eight shots and two crosses. When Rubin is in form, he does not shy away from anything. However, he is also opposite when he is not in form. Luckily he is rounding a corner and while the boot is hot, it is all systems a go.

Scores versus FC Dallas Rubin scored one goal on two shots on target, delivered one cross and committed one foul in Saturday's 2-2 draw versus FC Dallas.

Impact Rubin opened the scoring early in the first half but it was not enough to help his side take home all three points.
