PLAYER NEWS

Matheus Nunes
Nunes (knock) is available for Saturday's Premier League clash against Brighton after recovering from the injury that kept him out of Manchester City's last two matches, according to coach Enzo Maresca. "They are all available, except Semenyo."
Nico O'Reilly
O'Reilly made two interceptions and two clearances during Wednesday's EFL penalty shootout win over Brighton.
Bukayo Saka
Saka (undisclosed) is progressing well in his recovery after further scans provided reassuring results, with a potential return before the November international break remaining possible, according to coach Mikel Arteta. "He needed another scan to see how the amount of fluid that was there was resolving. [we needed to know] whether the tendon is touched and how badly it is touched. The player is desperate, he's feeling much better than he was a few days ago. He looks like it; we need to wait and see how he evolves."
Declan Rice
Rice (hamstring) resumed team training Friday and could return for Sunday's Premier League clash against Liverpool if he completes Saturday's session without setbacks, according to coach Mikel Arteta. "They all trained today and they will train tomorrow. If everything is OK, they will be available."
