Impact Quinton will return to Real Salt Lake for the 2026 season after his option was exercised. The defender started the 2025 season as a starter in the backline before holding a bench role for the major part of it. He will likely hold a similar role heading into 2026 and be a nice depth option for RSL.

Traded to Real Salt Lake Quinton has been traded from Columbus to Real Salt Lake for $200,00 in general allocation money, his former club announced Friday.

Impact Quinton will be heading from one MLS side to another, as he is now a part of Real Salt Lake following a trade. This ends up being a great move for both sides, as Columbus clears some roster space and gains funds from a player that has only appeared 13 times over the past two seasons, while Real Salt Lake gains a much-needed defender, with six of them currently on the injury list. With that being said, he should gain more time with his new club, possibly even gaining time immediately due to their dire injury problem, as he looks to be the simple fix for now.
