Ethan Kohler - Signs with New England Kohler has completed a transfer to New England from Werder Bremen, according to his new club.

Impact Kohler is returning to America after a few years in Germany with Werder, inking a deal with New England through the 2028/29 season. He never appeared with the first team in Germany but did earn 70 appearances on loans and with Werder II, most recently serving with SC Verl. The defender, 20, joins as a young prospect, likely to see minimal time in his first year with the team.

Raines has been a regular at the youth international level for the United States, featuring in all five matches at the 2025 FIFA Under-20 World Cup with four starts, one goal, and one assist, while totaling 18 appearances at the U-20 level. Raines also captained the U.S. U-21 team in November 2025 friendlies against Denmark and Serbia.
